- Any Hours balance provided with the starter kit are not carried forward with the first Top-up hours effected.
- Any Hours balance from Top-Ups effected (excluding the starter kit) are carried forward provided that a renewal Top-Up is effected before time-window expires.
- Upon renewal by Top-Up before expiry date, the renewal time window will be added to the existing expiry date.
