Candidates will be responsible in handling clients' requests, queries and concerns regarding Internet based services with maximum consideration and in a professional manner. This position entitles successful applicants to work towards meeting individual and team goals.
Requirements:
- Possession of O Level Standard of education mainly in English, Maltese & Mathematics.
- Proficient in standard office tools and Internet. ECDL certification or equivalent would be considered an asset.
- Communicator with a strong command of the English and Maltese Language to provide excellent customer service, telephone handling and organisational skills.
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and on Saturdays.
- Experience in a similar post will be considered valuable.
